Tosha Khana Case: The written decision of Chairman PTI's 3-year sentence issued

According to the details, the District and Sessions Court has issued a written decision in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case against Chairman PTI.

Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar issued the decision, and the detailed decision related to the case consists of 30 pages.

In the written decision, it was said that the objections of Chairman PTI were not presented to give arguments regarding the admissibility of the case, the application regarding the inadmissibility of the case is dismissed due to the non-appearance of the lawyers.

In the judgment, it has been said that the complainant was able to present corroborated evidence against the accused, and the evidence proves the allegations against the accused.

The court decision said that PTI chairman submitted false details of assets during 2018 to 2020, PTI chairman has been found guilty of corrupt practices.

The judgment further stated that Chairman PTI had acted fraudulently in the information regarding the gifts received from Tosha Khana, the dishonesty of Chairman PTI has been proved beyond any doubt.
