On Monday, the Panda Knight, the most recent small electric SUV from Geely, was introduced, accompanied by its first official images.
Geome, previously known as Geometry, is one of the twelve car brands under Geely. The Panda Knight’s design resembles a scaled-down version of the latest Ford Bronco.

Despite its compact dimensions, the interior is surprisingly spacious and can comfortably accommodate four adults, along with their luggage. It offers a large boot space of 800 liters, with back seats that have the option to fold down for added convenience.


The seats are upholstered in artificial leather and feature a 70 mm foam layer coupled with a 5 mm fabric layer, ensuring optimal comfort for passengers.

Additional features include:

  • Instrument cluster featuring a 9.2-inch color display
  • Center screen with an 8-inch display
  • Steering wheel with a flat-bottomed design and dual-spoke discordance
  • Gear selector of the knob-type
  • Connectivity for cell phones without requiring a sensor
  • Remote control through a dedicated application
  • A key equipped with Bluetooth functionality, etc.

The powertrain system of the EV is equipped with a single electric motor that delivers a power of 40 horsepower and 110 Newton meters of torque. The electric vehicle utilizes a Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LFP) type battery, capable of sustaining a stretch of about 200 km after being charged fully. The charging potential of the battery is 22 kW (DC), and it can be charged from 30% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes using commercial chargers. There is also an option to charge at 3.3 kW.

The main competitor on the market for the Panda Knight is the Baojun Yep EV. However, in terms of aesthetics, it might also face competition from the Suzuki Hustler and Daihatsu Taft. The expected launching window for this electric vehicle is in the first half of September, with the starting price expected to be around Rs. 2.1 million.
